Follow the below steps.
- Go to Setting
- Pages Roles
- Assign a New Page Role
Admin: Page creators are automatically the Admin of the Page. Assign Admin roles only to the person you trust. Any admin assigned to your page can remove and ban you from the page you have created.
- Edit the entire Facebook Page.
- Add people with Roles.
- Create and publish posts.
- Respond, delete or hide the comment.
- Remove and Ban people.
Editor:
- Has certain admin rights except Assign Roles.
- This is the safest row to assign to another person in your team.
- Assign for people to help out with daily Facebook Page management tasks.
Moderator:
- Send and respond to messages sent to your page.
- Delete comments.
- Remove and Ban people.
- Create Ads and View Insights.
- Cannot create or delete posts.
- Cannot edit Page . add apps and Manage Roles.
Advertiser :
- Can create ads, promotions or boost posts.
- View Insights , Page Quality Tab, See Who published As Page.
- Cannot publish or manage jobs, remove or ban people , respond to comments.
- Advertises cannot send messages, create or delete posts or manage roles.
Analysts:
- Can only view insights, Page Quality Tab and see who Published the Page.
- Cannot manage roles, create posts, respond to messages.
- Cannot create ads or enrage in the comments section.
Facebook Page owners must have teams assigned to manage their Page. It helps save time and is convenient for you. It can also pose security issues on your Page. Make sure to assign Roles carefully.
